Analysis Of Anhui Agricultural Website In The Agricultrual Informatization

Agricultural informatization, namely, the extensive application of agricultural information tenology, is the process from traditional agriculture development to modern agriculture. Agricultural informatization is the developing direction of modern agriculture. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system, the general public has an urgent demand for agriculture information. In recent years, the CPC and the leaders pay more attention on the issue of "Three Agriculture" and especially launch the policy of making new countryside construction. In order to achieve the construction of new countryside as well as the prosperity of country market economy, we have to implement the agricultural informatization. Infact, there is still big gap between our current level and advanced international standard and the other demestic industries level as well.The fundamental work of agricultural informatization construction is to bulid a agricultural information system while the agricultural websites are the concrete ambodiment of the bulid of the agricultural information system. Due to the influences of regional disparity, the implementation is uneven in different websites of different places, even in different sections of same websites in same places. This dissertation use methods of literature disquisition, case investigation, comparision study and data analysis to coordinate the research results concerning the domestic and international agricultural informatization, agricultural informatization system as well as the constrcution of agricultural websites systematically. With the theory of informatization, the dissertation makes a full-scale and systematical research on the typical case of Anhui Agricultural Website construction in the process of domestic agricultural informatization. It analyses the existing problems such as the under-recognition, under-devotion and no extension to grass-roots. The contents in Anhui Agricultural Website is not practical and the way of dealing the information is obsolete. In addition, the quality of the working staff in the website is not so qualified. For these existing problems, the dissertation points out measures that the government should enhance support intensity to the website and perfect the agricultural informatization working system of the site and the data-base as well. And also the talents team of the site should be enhanced. This results have some favorable reference value to the enhancement of the agricultural informatization construction and the development of Anhui Agricultural Website as well as the utility of the fruit of agricultural informatization for country people.
