| The civil service examination system which is an important component of the civil service system means that it conducts a comprehensive and objective appraisal of political integrity and ability and work performance of the civil service, and also provides an objective basis for civil servants incentives, trainings, job movements and wage adjustments, to perfect the civil service examination system is of great significance to strengthen the building of the contingent of civil servants, perfect the civil service system, enhance the governments' public administration level and service capabilities, enhance administrative efficiency, improve macroeconomic environment and improve the image of the nation.Human resource in Chinese government rent is the most valuable, energetic, highly potential resource in the civil service. To fully develop human resource of Chinese government rent and increase the appraisal management, which has a great effect on strengthening internal management, improving our performance and making human resource management of government rent sector as a complete system, and also can more extensively encourage the workers to discharge the purpose of "Wealth accumulation for the country, law enforcement for the people". Then this paper had the simple introduction the management of government tax assessment in order to provide the premise and basis for the next step. At last this paper briefly thought about the improvement of government tax assessment system. This briefly introduced the international experiences and development trends on the management of the civil service assessment, then elaborated on paying attention to the fundamental principles, and finally took the scientific designs on reform of government tax assessment system, standardized testing content and standards, improved the examination approach, standardized the rules, and also put forward own ideas on how to deepen the use of the assessment results and establish the mechanism.This paper intends to provide practical measures and recommendations for all levels of government tax assessment system by researching the government tax assessment system, as well as providing some enlightenment for other government departments. |
