Research On Evaluation Of Enterprises' Independent Innovation Capacity

As the rapid development of economy globalization and market competition, it is known that independent innovation becomes the key to the development and existence of enterprises. Scientific and accurate evaluation of independent innovation capacity is the precondition for enterprises to determine ways and methods of promoting. So research on evaluation of enterprises' independent innovation capacity has the important theoretical significance and the practical application value.By employing the theories and methodologies of management, innovation and engineering system, the paper conducts a comprehensive and systematic research on independent innovation capacity in enterprises. The main tasks of the study include two aspects. The theory part expounds the connotations of innovation, independent innovation and innovation system, defines the composition and connotation of enterprises' independent innovation capacity, sets up evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model, and puts forward ways to improve the independent innovation capacity. The empirical analysis part applies the index system and comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the independent innovation capacity of XYX co. and suggests corresponding countermeasures according to the evaluation results. This thesis comprises several sections as following:The first section is an introduction. In this section, the background, purpose and significance of enterprises' independent innovation capacity, the states quo of literature reviews on independent innovation are summed up, afterwards, the content, methodology and technique route is laid out.The second section is a study on enterprises' independent innovation system and capacity. The connotations and definitions of independent innovation, innovation system and independent innovation capacity are expatiated, connotation of independent innovation capacity is defined, composing factors of independent innovation capacity are generally analyzed, and composing-factor-relational model and influencing-factor-structural model are established. The third section focuses on evaluation index system. Combined with the construction principles, the evaluating index system is set up including innovation input capacity, R&D foundation and capacity, innovation output capacity, innovation output capacity, innovation administrative capacity and innovation environmental impact.The forth section is the establishing of the comprehensive evaluation model. Considering the relationship among composing factors of independent innovation capacity and the principle of AHP method, the comprehensive evaluation model is founded.The fifth section is the empirical analysis. On the basis of investigation the status quo of XYX co.' independent innovation capacity, evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation model is applied to evaluate the independent innovation capacity of XYX. Finally suggestions and countermeasures are given according to the evaluation results.The last section is the conclusions and expectations. In this section, the main contents, creative points and some problems existing in researches are listed, and some possible directions of future research are pointed out.The points of innovation lie in the establishment of models and the empirical analysis, among which composing-factor-relational model, influencing-factor-structural model and comprehensive evaluation model of independent innovation capacity are included.
