In recent years, Chinese telecom industry enters a more fierce competitive market. As a result, the value of Key Account emerges and it becomes the competing focus of all telecom operators. Facing to the sharp changing telecom market, How to do marketing well, especially the key Account's marketing becomes a key factor to obtain better performance.Beginning with the analysis of the current situation on the key Account marketing, and after the analysis of the identifying and the classifying of the key account of WN Mobile Communication Company, the article has pointed out the problems that existing in the key account's marketing of WN Mobile Communication Company. In order to reach the key account' marketing target, WN Mobile Communication Company has to use a series of useful marketing strategy. Then the article analysis the macroscopic and microscopic circumstances faced by WN Mobile Communication Company on the key account's marketing, and induces the competitive advantages and disadvantages in addition to the opportunities and challenges on the key account's marketing. Then the article continues to proceed close analysis on the target market on the account of WN Mobile Communication Company. Combining the strength of the enterprises and strategic target, the target market of the key account has been determined. Forth, with the analysis, the article puts forward the combining marketing strategy of 4Ps, and it points that the company should provide characteristic services and carry on business innovation actively in the product strategy; and as the price strategy concerned, it should adopt the non-price strategy as principle and the price strategy as assistant; and in the distribution strategy, the company should build completely key account manager system and marketing-repairing community system etc ; and in the promoting sales strategy, it should adopt various promotion means, publicize business enterprise business and brand completely, and create good business enterprise image and brand image with all strength. Finally, considering the actual situation, to further strengthen the marketing, the company should set up completely internal circulation mechanism, and build better correlation with the supplier, key account and other influencing. And at the same time, it should set up continuously perfect network resources and build up the key account information feedback system etc to prove market reflection speed and group customer's accomplishment.
