Research On Funds Management Of Company Based On The Value Chain

With the establishment of socialist market economic system and the refining of modern enterprise system, a lot of companies appear, market competition is verysharp. The executive of companies in our country has known that the management of funds is very important. Funds are a main bottleneck to affect the future development of companies relate to the life of a enterprise. But so far the management of funds in companies is still a weak link. How to avoid the risk of funds in the of group companies and to raise the efficiency and beneficial results of finds from the strategy point of view, companies in our country have paid more attention and go deep into investigative focus in recent years.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is about the significant of the research, present research review, and the analysis of the problem of the present research. The second chapter is the present theory of this paper which contains the value chain's concept and meaning, the situation of the funds management. In the third chapter, it sets up the theory structure of the funds management based on the value chain. And it includes the relation of the value chain and funds management, the foundation of the value chain in the funds management, the concept object and content of the funds management based on the value chain. In the fourth chapter, it intrduces the approach to make the funds management based on value chain come true and discusses the mode of the funds management. The fifth chapter is the application research in Haier, and it appraises the effcience of the application.By using theory and empirical study, this paper puts out that it's necessary to optimize the value chain to manage the funds, builds up the theory structure of the funds management based on the value chain by the terms of concept,object and the content, it does case analysis to the funds management based on the value chain of company, for the first time. It can make up the present research which did not do the case analysis for the funds management based on the value chain. By the empirical study of Haier, it proves the necessatity and efficiency of the fund management based on value chain.
