Study Of The Validity Of The Supervision And Inspection For Product Quality

The problems of product quality involves the concern of every family, the interests of every consumer and user and even the development of the whole society. These problems seriously harm not only the interests of the consumers, but also the justifiable interests of the legitimate enterprises that therefore incur a heavy loss, more importantly, violate the market principle of fair competition and foster the bad social practice. Objectively, the level of economy, science and technology, education and administration, for one country, can be reflected generally in quality level of product and service. In this sense, all level governments have no shirking the responsibility and the supervision and random inspection for product quality is the main measure of managing the quality. My essay starts from the introduction of the system of the supervision and random inspection for product quality, firstly expounds the importance of this system. In China, the system of product quality supervision and inspection was formally established under the system of planned commodity economy in the mid of 1980s. With the transition of our economy system and improvement of legal system, the more superiority of this system for improving the whole level of our product quality has been showed than before. Subsequently, my essay focuses on the study of the problems of the supervision and inspection for product quality exposed in practice, such as repeated inspection, regional protectionism; the validity of the system is therefore challenged, meanwhile, the failure of supervision happened occasionally. Lastly, in several aspects, my essay analyses the reasons of the existing seven problems of the system in the constitutional and technical level, and in deepening reform and changing administrative conception, strengthening the standardization and IT application, does the research for the improvement of the system of the supervision and inspection for product quality , and from the points of government, enterprises, inspection agencies, media and consumers, explores the new thoughts of the reform and innovation for the system, further, proposes the concrete and feasible methods for improving the validity of the supervision and inspection for the product quality to strengthen the standardization and information based construction, and supervision for the product quality inspection agencies, therefore, some actual instructive meaning for improving the validity of supervision and random inspection can be acquired by my essay.
