With technological change accelerated, competition in the market intensified, personalized consumption has led to significantly shorten the product life cycle, and the possibility that enterprises have relied on mass production to maintain competitive advantage is Diminishing. In order to compete for market share, expand its living space, and seek long-term development, High-tech enterprises must enhance their core competitiveness through constantly raising R&D capacity, developing new products, improving product quality, reducing production costs and shorten time-to-market. The work of R&D in the high-tech enterprises usually takes the form of team, and it is often composed of person from different areas under certain needs about R&D work. As a effective R&D team, not only it can better understand and apply R&D-related knowledge and information, but also it can inspire lots of new and multiple views and ideas, and realize R&D goals successfully. So, how to manage and incentive R&D team well is directly related to the efficiency of team work and the success of team goals. The paper plan to discuss R&D team's incentive mechanisms and models through analyzing characteristics and structure of R&D team and high-tech enterprises, with the analysis of relevant theory about team incentive, combined with the contingency factors which may influence R&D team.The basic content and Framework is as following:The first chapter introduces the background of the paper, and summarizes domestic and foreign related research literature of individual and team incentives; also put forward the main content of the paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and features of high-tech enterprises and its R&D team. At the same time, according to the team role theory, it analyzes the normal model of R&D team and discusses how to construct an efficient R&D team.The third chapter analyzes the constituent elements, contingency factor as well as the selectivity of incentive models in the high-tech enterprises through summarizing the incentive theories.The fourth chapter discusses three different incentive models based on the analysis of the text before, including pay incentive model, incentive model based on individual career development and incentive model based on team loyalty.The fifth chapter summarizes the paper and put forward shortcomings of the paper.
