Study On The Control Of Constructional Engineering Project Costs Of China

There are many projects in our country with the enormous investment but the study on the control of project costs falls behind. As the development of reform and the form of market competition system in our country, the construction enterprise's production and management have had the deep transformation. The project cost control is the key that directly will affect the market competition of the construction enterprise and is the central content of project management. Consequently researching project cost control has got the practical significance to enforce the market competitive power of construction enterprise.This paper analyzes the control of the present project management and point out its major problem is that we haven't formed the cost control management of full combination of duty and profit and to the luck of cost control during the course. Relating these problems, this paper suggests the full course cost control about the construction project, including CB(competitive bidding) and tender, preparation of construction the course of construction and acceptance of the construction. And builds the project cost control with the manger as a leader. Around this central task, we mush set up rational project control and make responsibilities for cost control clear, divide them and all of them to individual. Thus insure the full fill of project control.Lastly this paper analyzes the Earned Value Concept which was applied the project cost control in combination with the project practice, and the good economic returns was obtained. And in the end, it proves the possibility and effectuations of this project cost control system.
