Study On Cost Control Of Construction Project In No.2 Company Of Union 9 Railroad Construction Group

With the continuous standardization and development of China's construction markets, and the improvement on the construction project management, cost control of the construction project gradually becomes a popular issue concerned by professional people in this field. Many construction companies intend to improve their business through the way of strengthening their cost control of the construction project. Some of them even take that as the only way to enhance their companies' competition ability in the construction market. Actually, a company's operation will be strongly influenced by the fact of whether the operational mechanism of the cost control on its construction project is coordinate with the management system of this company. There are many cases in China showing that a company becomes low profits and even goes bankrupt, because of its poor cost control on the construction project.On the base of reality, and by taking the No.2company construction project as examples, this paper makes a theoretical and practical study on organizational system and cost control mechanism within Chinese construction company. The first part of the paper introduces briefly the general concepts of the organizational system and the cost control on construction project, including the organizational theories, principles, process and methods of cost control, under deferent organizational structure, introduce current characteristics of inside and outside country construction company. Then take the No.2 company as examples, analysis the organizational system of the cost control, the current characteristics and find questions. By analysis the cost control system of No.2 company, put forward the cost control precept for No.2 company and estimating, by No.2 company cost control research, elicit that construction cost control must be based on the organize frame of the cost control and use the material measure of the cost control, obtain the cost control motive.By text researching, other building companies can make cost control through optimize organizational structure and control the main factor that effect the cost control to enhance the cost control management.
