Strategic Study On Zhangye Power Supply Company's Promotion Of The Execution Capability

The execution capability of the enterprise determines its competitiveness and prosperity. Without it, the enterprise cannot develop in the market competition. Though important, strategies of the enterprise can only be enforced and realized by the execution capability.Beginning with the conception of execution capability, this article discusses the relationship between the execution capability and the management factors, and based on the field-investigation data, it analyzes the reason of the low-level execution capability of Zhangye Power Supply Company, and the way to improve its execution capability as follows:1) constructing the specific and clear strategic aim that is understood and supported by the workforce; 2) optimizing the management flow and workflow, improving its coordination and feasibility; 3) specifying management level, rationalizing authorization, and improving the efficiency of the execution; 4)establishing scientific and reasonable management mechanism, enforcing system management; 5)promoting the executive capability and working enthusiasm of workforce at all levels and the teamwork execution.According to the specific problems of the Zhangye Power Supply Company, this thesis suggests promoting its execution capability through measure such as building executive culture, improving stimulation mechanism, establishing effective communication system and improving the executive quality and speed.Executive power of the system is the base for enterprise development.
