A Research On Integrative Management And Its Risk Of China's Commercial Bank

At present, the integrative management has already become an important tendency of international banking. More and more developed countries, including US, England, Japan and so on, gave up the separated management of financial system and carried out the integrative management of financial system. And these countries such as Germany, Switzerland in the Europe continent have carried out the integrative management of financial system for a long time. Now, the protection time has passed after our country became the member of WTO, international financial enterprises implementing integrative management will take along the massive services to enter our country money market. This will bring the huge competition pressure and the challenge to our financial enterprises implementing separated management. Therefore, putting our economy into the world economy to consider and shifting the separated management of financial system to the integrative management of financial system, is the inevitable choice in the future of our banking.Through referring to the evolution rule of the American finance management pattern, my article has analyzed the necessity and the latent risk of our country commercial bank of implementing integrative management, and provided some suggestions for the way of our country commercial bank of implementing integrative management based on our country' s conditions. The content of my article mainly includes: the evolution course and its rule of American finance management pattern; the theory basis of our country commercial bank of implementing integrative management; the change of our country commercial bank's traditional risk under the integrative management of financial system; the special risk brought by our country commercial bank' s integrative management; and the way of our country commercial bank of implementing integrative management.My article altogether divides into six chapters:The first chapter is the introductory remarks, mainly elaborated my research' s background, my research' s practical significance, the correlation theory' s summarizes, the paper structure and the research technique.The second chapter mainly inspected the evolution course of American finance management pattern, analyzed the reason and the rule of transform from the separated management of financial system to the integrative management of financial system, and studied our country finance management pattern by this achievement.The third chapter elaborated the theory basis of our country commercial bank' s integrative management, referring to the evolution rule of American finance management. At first, my article discriminated the concept of integrative management and separated management; then carried on the elaboration to the general theory and special necessity of implementing our country bank' s integrative management; finally pointed out its risk could not be neglected, although integrative management was necessary.In the fourth chapter, on the one hand, it analyzed the change of our country commercial bank' s traditional risk under the integrative management; On the other hand, it emphatically studied our country commercial bank' s special risk under the integrative management and carried on the real diagnosis analysis to the zhongxin group as an example.The fifth chapter suggested some policy for the development way of our commercial bank' s integrative management, including stimulated the financial innovation, implementing special licensing system and so on.The sixth chapter is the ending of my article, carried on the summary to the income, risk and development way of commercial bank' s integrative management, and formed several conclusions.
