The inclement situation comes into existence since the very begining of 2006. As one of the emphases of industry neaten, pharmacy has also becomes a focus of attention of father business bribe in our country. While this moment, new product P. of Z. company comes into Yunnan market. Product P. has some advantages such as it' s good quality , but, there is full of difficulties we have to deal with.This dissertation does not mean to discuss the details of the marketing plan of product P., but to discuss the ways and means that pharmaceutical corporations bring relationship marketing into effect, especially in influence market and customer market.I introduced the current position of pharmacy and affirmed the import of relationship marketing of promotion of Rx. By using SWOT analysis, I affirmed the import of relationship marketing in influence market and customer market.This dissertation' s purpose is to analyse operational mode of domestic joint-stock pharmaceutical corporations according my own working experience, and discuss the import and elements of relationship marketing in influence market and customer market.Whenever new reformational project of iatrical coming into use and how marketing environment changes, establishing favorable relation with this two markets has very important significance to domestic pharmaceutical corporation. And, this dissertation gives some advices to actual operation, it has considerable instructional effect to domestic pharmaceutical corporations which have fairish conditions and face the similar situation too.The innovation of this dissertation is to table a proposal of the precondition and the program of relationshipmarketing in influence market and customer market, and framed an alternate proposal of actual management.
