With the development of productive forces, the material becomes rich. With a demand by a variety of products and services to meet ,the right to choose and expand make focus turn to products, the quality of service . The buyer's market has gradually risen and the customers have the ultimate choice of products. In addition, customers with fewer and fewer resources and has not yet developed the development. The clients are becoming more and more saturated market, and the customer is becoming more important to enterprises. Attention and keeping customers has become the key to survival and development of enterprises.Based on customer relationship marketing theory, the theory of customer relationship marketing in Honda-Sundiro is studied, and the current situation of customer relationship management for Honda-Sundiro is systematically analysis, then customer classification in Honda-Sundiro is focus on. With the above analysis, based on the actual situation in light of Honda-Sundiro. Four marketing strategies of customer relationship marketing, namely relevancy,relationship,reaction,retribution. Finally, Honda-Sundiro's relationship marketing strategies are proposed, including internal marketing, participation in the entire process, personalized marketing, and standardized services.Marketing Relationship Marketing is a new marketing ideas, customer relationship marketing of Honda-Sundiro is applied. It is important that the company is introducing a customer-oriented marketing idea, and let this concept guide the company to establish long-term, stable, win-win relationship. Through the implementation of customer relationship marketing market, customer satisfaction is increased and customer loyalty is improved. It helps to retain old customers and shape the company's core competition.
