| Technological learning and regional innovative milieu are the two stirring research themes in contemporary mainstream economic geography. Applying fundamentals and viewpoints of management,economics and economic geography,this dissertation is carried out through combining the theoretical analysis and case analysis. On the basis of briefly reviewing the studies of technological learning and regional innovative milieu, this dissertation put forward the action mechanism that the regional innovative milieu effectively impels the technological learning. Through cases study on technological learning process in Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., analyzed the interaction between technological learning model and regional innovative milieu, then compared the sameness, differentia between the two companies'regional innovative milieu which technological learning occurring, and point out the shortage of regional innovative milieu which technological learning occurring. At last some suggestions are finally proposed for construction regional innovative milieu which accelerating automobile industry technological learning. The dissertation is divided into seven parts.PartⅠ, introduction. In this part mainly elaborates the significance, the framework, content and the method of the study.PartⅡ, traces previous studies and give literature review on relational fields. The paper summarizes the studies of technological learning mainly from the perspective of management and economics,economic geography. Then summarize the studies in regional innovative milieu. Based on the literature review the dissertation brings forward the problems to be explored in the paper and its research methods.PartⅢ, a theoretical analytic framework of this paper was proposed. Based on the literature review, this paper put forward the classification of technological learning model and the construction of the regional innovative milieu. Then put forward the action mechanism that the regional innovative milieu effectively impels the technological learning, which lay the foundation for below research.PartⅣ, the cases study on technological learning process in Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. The dissertation selects Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. for deep interviews, aiming to command the technological learning process in Yutong's ZK6120HE/HP luxury bus chassis and ACTECO engines which is one core components of Dongfangzhizi.PartⅤ, the analyze of technological learning model and regional innovative milieu in Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. Based on the chapter four making comparative analysis of the case, summarize the two companies'technological learning model, and analyzing the regional innovative milieu which technological learning occurring. Then contrast the sameness, differentia between the two companies'regional innovative milieu which technological learning occurring.PartⅥ, some suggestions are finally proposed for construction regional innovative milieu which accelerating automobile industry technological learning.PartⅦ, conclusion. This part generalized the main conclusion of the paper, and then pointed out the orientation and content which should be studied deeply in the future. Major conclusions are:①Regional social capital is an important part of the regional innovation environment;②Technological learning model in Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. is"technology introduction-repetitive imitation-creative imitation"model while in Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. is"cooperation innovation- technical improvements"model;③Regional innovation environment have a tremendous impact on enterprise technology learning, the differences between the faculty of two companies'technology research and development center has led to the differences in the technology learning model;④There are some Similarity of regional innovative milieu which technological learning occurring between Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. and Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. such as policy support which come from local government, adequate technological learning funds. |
