On Food Safety Crisis In The Public Psychological Guide

The public as a direct disaster caused by food safety crisis is acting more and more important role in the food safety crisis management. Under this background, the government's food safety supervision department should focus on how public psychological changes and how to guide the public while at the same time in the further deepening of food safety control, so as to assist the government in food safety supervision as well as food safety crisis of governance, then promote food safety control system perfect. It becomes increasingly important topics for some scholars at home and abroad. Therefore, it is necessary to study the public psychological changes in the process of the food safety crisis.In this article, from the possible public psychological problems caused by food safety crisis and through the analysis of the negative impact by public psychological problems, we concluded that we must establish the public psychological guide system during food safety crisis management and this system should be government-driven, integrated media, the strength of the third sector for common psychological guidance to the public. Then based on the factual comparison between the United States and the domestic on the specific circumstances for public psychological guide in food safety to find the problems on the domestic public psychological guide system, so suggest to build a sound legal system, to establish the public education system, to enhance policy recommendations suggestions such as information exchange and risk analysis, and also propose the government should increase reform strength on supervision mode of the food safety crisis and accelerating establish public psychological guide system in food safety crisis management which is highly workable and in line with China's national conditions, while at the same time guiding other departments conscientiously, spontaneously to the public in psychological guidance.This article, which is to research and study on the public psychological guide system during food safety crisis management, has include six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction on the research background and the main job and the second chapter introduces the crisis and crisis management theory and the status of crisis management on food safety at home and abroad; Chapter III is based on social psychology to research and analysis of the food safety crisis management system so as to guide the public psychology, emergency laws, the exchange of information, media, the third sector and other factors; Chapter IV is based on comparison of the situation in psychological guidance to the public at home and abroad, summed up the role and inadequate of China's public psychological guide in the food safety crisis management; Chapter V is based case analysis to give the propose of building and improving the public psychological guidance system in food safety crisis management; The final chapter is for the conclusion on innovation and the needs of further research areas.
