A Research On Sport Tourism Resources Development Of Shandong Province

As the new kind of industry which was produced by the combination of sports and tourism, sport tourism is the important part of tourism. In recent years, with the translation of peoples'vocational idea to health and the quality of life, the idea of"buying health"began to merge into peoples'mind. People are more like to take part in the travel activities which are related with sports. Sports tourism is becoming fashionable. Its development attracted the attention from the world. Within the leisure travel sports tourism is becoming a hot topic among Chinese people when it comes to travel. Therefore conducting research on the development of sports tourism resources in Shandong has great theoretical and social significance.This paper employs qualitative and quantitative research methodology such as literary sources expert interviews ,surveys ,real exploring way and so on in order to examine Shandong's sports tourism resources. Discussion and study were done for some theories and practical problems in the exploitation of the sports tourism resources in Shandong province. The analysis was made for the exploitation of sports tourism resources according to the recent condition of Shandong's sports tourism resources. Also this research attempts to provide new focuses for development of tourism resources in Shandong province. The main content of this paper as follows:1)The basic theoretical study on the sports tourism resources. It includes such contents , analysis the intension, character ,configuration and function of sports tourism, sports tourism resources and the exploitation of sports tourism resources.2) The research on the development of sports tourism resources in Shandong province, which including the analysis was made for the exploitation of sports tourism resources according to the recent condition of Shandong's sports tourism resources,the character of the sports tourism resources in Shandong province, the on-site investigation for the exploitation condition of sports tourism resources, finding the problems which caused the sports tourism products without attraction and potential and continual developmental capability. Based on the existing sports tourism resources in Shandong, this paper provide some suggestions for development as follows: emphasize and strengthen the systematic research on the development of sports tourism resources in Shandong, Macro-management and planning supervision should be strengthened development of sports tourism resources in Shandong. It should be guided by market and based on available resources. There is also a need to persist in focusing on the environmental benefits.3) Suggestions and notice .Sports tourism in Shandong should be categorized as a specific project to design, organize and implement. The writer hope that it could be ensure the sustainable development of sports tourism in Shandong province.
