| In the 21st century, knowledge economy occupies the leading position in the international economy,knowledge has become the first factor in modern enterprise administration. The core of human resource management also transfers to knowledge management. The competitive advantage of the corporation, the creation and application of the knowledge ,the reasonable disposition of resources, all depend on the knowledge carriers-the knowledge workers to realized eventually. But in the enterprises of our country, the knowledge workers management still remains at the lower stage of experience. Therefore, this thesis only selects "the knowledge workers"as the core of analyzing. From the character and need of the knowledge workers themselves to explore the effective motivation strategy, which is suitable for the real situation of the enterprise in our country.Firstly, the thesis makes a general speaking of the background and meaning of choosing the thesis , the meaning and characteristic of knowledge workers as well as the challenge to the traditional management. Then, it is divided four part to analyze the need characteristic,impetus structure and motivation strategy of knowledge workers . The first part is the analysis for knowledge workers's need. By dint of contrast, typical analysis and so on , analyzed the need difference between domestic and overseas knowledge workers, and induced the need characteristic of the knowledge workers in the enterprises of our country. The second part, introduced the personality theory " id, ego, superego" , made a deep analysis for the psychological characteristic and behavior impetus structure of the knowledge workers from the angle of the psychology. The third part, introduced the typical theory of motivation and the design principle of motivation mode both in domestic and abroad, founded a four-level motivation system to the knowledge workers on the basis of the theory of Organization Behavior by combining the unreasonable situation of various knowledge worker's flowing and the mistake of motivation in our country. The fourth part, through the successful cases of human resource management in Lenovo Corporation which gathered the knowledge workers, gave a typical research of the motivation strategies to the knowledge workers in the enterprise of our country.This thesis according to the thought of "present situation investigation-theories analysis- solution", try our best to expound a set of knowledge workers motivation strategy which is suitable for the real situation of the enterprise in our country.
