Research On Regional Innovation System Based On Triple Helix And The Significance And Ways Of Construction Of Entrepreneurial University

With rapid development of globalization and more fierce competition, regional innovation has become the key points for the region economy to take advantage of rival partners, and the general efficiency of regional innovation system can affect the regional competitiveness of a country or region. Under the international background, countries around the world are actively improving their own regional innovation system, hoping that they can accelerate economic growth by enhancing regional innovation capacity. In this regards, Euro-American take the first step, and therefore make great advantage.At the same time, with the advent of knowledge-based economy, as an important component of regional innovation system, the efficiency of universities' regional innovation capacity has gained more and more international attention. Therefore, if we do some research on regional innovation system under the background of knowledge-based economy, we will inevitably be addressed to the regional innovation and enterprise capability of entrepreneurial universities that devoted to regional economy and social development, that is, the capability of knowledge producing, dissemination and proliferation. The common objective is effectively creating regional innovation performance.Based on the above research background, this paper puts forward on how to give full play to "entrepreneur" of our universities, that is, serve for regional economy and social development effectively" by analyzing and comparing the data of the capacity of universities.The basic conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) Study of related theory of regional innovation and "entrepreneurial university" and analyzing the internal relations between them.(2) Learning from the successful experience of American universities and , this paper develops a set of comprehensive evaluation index system to assess our universities' regional innovation capabilities.(3) Choosing core indicators, comparative analysis on universities' regional innovation between the area of Beijing and Silicon, this paper identifies the weak link of China Universities' by comparison of American's and puts forward the rational proposals of enhancing the our universities' regional innovation capability and exploring the path of our "entrepreneurial university".
