Study On System Of Mining Enterprise Safety Culture Based On D-S Theory

As an important part of natural resources, mineral resources is an important material basis to promote economic development, social progress and to ensure the sustainable development of human society. When the mineral resources over exploited, the mine safety is also under greater pressure and result in the frequent occurrence of accidents.Safety management is one of the important means to prevent accident and eliminate the unsafe factors.However,the security of enterprises can not rely solely on the safety management system to ensure.It also need something to make safety management system work better.That is the enterprise safety culture.In this paper,a number of issues related to gathering and collate documents. On this basis, the research structures has been initially establishted. The main contents of this paper and the results are as follows :1、The concept of corporate safety culture was introduced and the external factors and internal corporate safety culture factors has been analyzed. Evaluation system of mining enterprise safety culture was established based on the relevant principles of constructing index system,including four- level indicators and fourteen secondary indicators.2 、 Introduced several methods currently used for empowerment indicators, including two categories: subjective weight and objective weighting method. AHP-entropy method combination was adopted to weight mining enterprise safety culture index.3、The concepts of D-S evidence theory and the feasibility for comprehensive evaluation was introduced.The safety culture assessment model of mining enterprises was established based on D-S evidence theory and this model was applied to the examples,which showed that the model can be good for mine safety culture evaluation.The article explored a mine safety culture assessment system with the ability to adapt and self-regulation and provide d an idea of evaluate the safety culture of mining enterprises.
