This paper has studied the stakeholder management issues. Stakeholder is the source of the factors that impact on business for long, and the business activities of enterprises have to undergo the test of stakeholders. Therefore, the study of stakeholders and stakeholder management is very significant for enterprises in the modern business environment. In the complex and ever-changing business environment, the existence and development of enterprises must rely on the active participation and support of all stakeholders as well as shareholders. Since Stakeholders can be very detailed classified, each type of stakeholders has his own special impact on business activities which is not the same as others. At the same time, Enterprises with limited resources can not meet all stakeholders conflicting interests and demands. Therefore, the different stakeholders should be weighed against each other, and enterprises must balance the different needs of different stakeholders. So stakeholder management is necessary.This study starts with the classification of stakeholders. Mitchell, Agle and Wood proposed a basing on three properties including legitimacy, power and urgency, and the classification of stakeholders is the starting point for this paper research. According to the classification, stakeholders can be classified into three categories as affirmatory stakeholder, expectant stakeholder and latent stakeholder. Furthermore, the stakeholders can be refined into seven sorts as decisive stakeholder, primary stakeholder, dangerous stakeholder, reliable stakeholder, potential stakeholder, free-treated stakeholder, demanding stakeholder. The different stakeholders would be ranked according to the importance of the three properties.After ranking the different stakeholders, this paper combines the stakeholder management strategies of RDAP model and classified management model. Then there comes up a new strategy set including ten management methods. Each stakeholder would be given the practicable management strategies according to the meanings and effects of the ten management methods. Furthermore, this paper uses AHP and literature research to rank the practicable management strategies for the three stakeholder categories, ultimately results to the different types of alternative stakeholder management strategies. So there constitutes a systematic enterprise stakeholder management model. The rationality and reality of this model could be verified by two successful cases of stakeholder management.The stakeholder management model in this paper is proposed with qualitative research and quantitative research. This is an exploratory research in the field of quantitative stakeholder study.
