The exploitation of culture tour product, is a process which relies on the exploitation of culture tour resources, design the cultural tour of a certain type and level and make out the principle which can fit the culture consumption and production, as well as the management for the purpose of economic. With the gradual development of the culture tour in our country, on the one hand, it accelerate the using and the exploitation, on the other hand, because of the various factors, there exist a great many problems during the process of exploiting the culture products currently. Basing on the discussion on the connotation and operation mode of the cultural tour products theories, through the thorough analysis of the main problems and the three contraventions appeared in the process of exploiting the culture products, this text points out that the obsolete idea, the fault of the industry construction, the utility behavior and the weakness of the brand consciousness are the four primary factors which restrict the exploitation of the culture tour product in our country. So how to promote the exploitation of the culture tour product in our country, I put forward the following five countermeasures: innovative consciousness, market investigation and study, resources conformity, the brand strategy and the personnel training.
