In 20th century 60-70 age ,Chinese government settled a lot of overseas Chinese farms in Guangdong and Fujian Provinces which is placed returned Overseas Chinese on account of Southeast Asia's discrimination against the Chinese. On the one hand, overseas Chinese farm as a kind of State enterprise has been through the Great Cultural Revolution and development of society. On the other hand, it has particularity because of its membership, overseas Chinese affair policy, the relationship between returned Overseas Chinese and Southeast Asia. The research of overseas Chinese farm which involves many disciplines domain, has deep academic value and practical significance. This paper takes WuYi overseas Chinese farm as a case, depending on lots of first hand archives, file and oral sources, from two angles to discuss the problems in settlement and running of WuYi overseas Chinese farm, the transition from "overseas Chinese in Southeast Asia" to "Chinese", and the progress of rebuilding home town.This paper is composed of five parts:The first is introduction, which reviews research history of overseas Chinese farm , and points out paper's asking and meaning, through the introduction of source to express the writing method.Chaper1 shows the background of establishment about WuYi overseas Chinese farm, which is closely connected with discrimination against oversea Chinese in Indonesia and Burma.Chapter2 describes the general situation and significant problems of WuYi overseas Chinese farm from1966 to 1977, and analyzes how did the returned overseas Chinese make acculturalization and rebuild hometown in Great Cultural Revolution.Chapter3 is about the settlement and its trouble of returned overseas Chinese from Vietnam in WuYi overseas Chinese farm. It analyzes how did the policy of overseas Chinese affair change and impact on WuYi farm and its returned overseas Chinese.The last part draws a conclusion and puts some forward questions to further study.
