Nowadays domestic and international enterprises begin to think much of performance management and the successful implementation of performance management is assured by the enterprise policies and idea, organization environment and the effort of its employees. It is very useful and meaningful for power enterprises to carry out performance management effectively in the process of reform of electricity system. This paper starts from the basic theory and method of performance management, and systematically introduces the general model of performance management. In combination with the specific performance management of CZ Power Supply Company, this paper makes an all-round study of the performance management system design, and successfully designs an integral performance management system which is geared to the needs of the company.
