Patent Map Of Technology Of Pipe Corrosion Control For Petroleum In Our Country

Independent innovation and building a country based on innovation have been brought forward as national strategies since 2005. Based on this great background, most native enterprises have become conscious of the importance of patent in its industry and economy. Energy problem is a considerable problem both in our country and in the world, wherein petroleum is known as blood of industry, playing an important role in global economy. Currently, foreign capitals have entered into the energy market of our country, and transnational energy corporations such as Shell, BP, Total and GE are out to capture our native market. Therefore, native corporations in the fields of petroleum and petrochemistry are in face of competition. Enhancing the patent management and protection has been an urgent problem for native petroleum and petrochemistry corporations.Patent retrieval is an important task in patent management. After patent retrieval, patent map can be produced, so that patent information can be utilized conveniently and patent database can also be established. Patent map, originating from Japan, is a method for arranging patent information systematically. By analyzing patent information, it is produced as diagram which is systemic and intuitional like a map. As an important tool for collecting, arranging and utilizing patent information, patent map has an effect to be reckoned with in patent strategy. Patent map has been widely used in Japan, Korea and Taiwan region.The subject of this paper is"technology of pipe corrosion control for petroleum in our country". By searching patents in the field of pipe corrosion control for petroleum in our country, patent map has been protracted, comprising Patent Management Map and Patent Technology Map. And I analyze these maps, such as invention patent application trend map, application country map, main competitor map, IPC map, technical classification and invalidation patent map, etc. I hope this paper may make some contributions for energy industry and patent in our country.
