After China's accession to the WTO, foreign beer manufacturers put a large amount of capital and advanced technology to China to scramble for China's beer market, thereby altering the Chinese beer industry development pattern. Such sudden changes, how the Chinese beer industry face, how the local beer enterprises survival and development. In the complex environment,development and selection of Mei Xue beer limited liability company's development strategy is a serious problem.This paper based on the analysis of the domestic and international beer industry development and market conditions,through the collection of trade information and understanding of the national industrial policy,under the premise Mei Xue beer limited liability company against the development status, devise a suitable development strategy for Mei Xue beer limited liability company.The implementation of this strategy will help form its competitive advantages in a highly competitive market environment and occupy a market. This paper fully use of the strategic management including PEST, Porter's five-forces model, QSPM, SWOT matrix research tools and methodologies,analysis and research the strategic choice and implementation for Mei Xue beer limited liability company,focuses on the Mei Xue beer limited liability company 's external environment and internal situation, use SWOT model describing by the company's internal and external status of environmental factors,use QSPM matrix analysis of the business and strategic match,develop the company's principal strategic functions and the protection for implementation of the strategy and form Mei Xue beer limited liability company's strategic system.
