Industrial clusters plays an important role in elevating the regional economic position , Creating the new space for economic development, strengthening competitive superiority and so on.electronic information industries as one of the three backbone industries in Fujian ,has made great contributions to the economic development in Fujian province in recent years ,therefore , the development of electronic information industrial clusters must be speeded up ,however , generally speaking , electronic information industrial clusters in Fujian is still in the early stage in process of its development ,there exist quite a few problems, this paper defines the industrial clusters after recalling the theorical research into the industrial clusters made by the scholars at home and abroad ,and further studies the formation and features of the industrial clusters,based on this research ,this paper systematically analyses the connotation, features and competitive superiority ,then analyses the current situations and the existing problems, studies the advanced pratices in the development of the electronic information industrial clusters at home and abroad ,furthermore ,this paper put forward the general ideas of promoting the development of electronic information industrial clusters in Fujian as follows :.actively promoting forming productive systems of specialization division and socialization co-operation ;building up the network of regional innovation ,working hard to forster the fundamental forces of industrial clusters;taking the leading enterprises as the core ,improving necessary systems of industrial co-operation, optimizing industrial chains ,promoting the technological innovation,improving the ability of the independent innovation,at the same time ,this paper put forward the suggestions on the correspondent responsibilities for the enterprises ,universities,scientific research institutes ,intermediate organization and the governments in the electronic information industrial clusters in Fujian in order to play their roles in developing electronic information industrial clusters in Fujian,promoting the sound development of electronic information industrial clusters in Fujian.
