The Research For Building About Information Management System Of The 24th Institute

In this thesis, the current business mode and business workflows are analyzed in the 24th, and the association between promoting information level and developing business is discussed. Based on understanding the information management environment of analog integrated circuit(IC) research and development in the 24th institute, the necessity and feasibility of informatization management system is described for improving business management level. According to existing shortage of enterprise organization and business workflows, the suggestion and method of optimization are proposed for organization and workflows. From the IT foundation of the 24th institute, the base of informatization management system is set up abstractly, which represents of analog IC product research and development. In the mean time, the functions and key techniques of informatization management system are discussed respectively. Next, the important issues about deliverable principle, ideas and methods, are all probed in the thesis. Finally, the demonstration of social performance and economic performance is discussed when implementing information management strategy. Studies and analyses show that it isn't enough for the current information management system to satisfy enterprise development and to support enterprise value chains cooperation in the 24th institute. The optimization of enterprise organization and business workflows is dependent on improving information management level, dependent on combing business workflows by information means. Consequently, it is very important to push enterprise innovation, to promote management efficiency through information system for boosting up enterprise core capacity, supporting powerfully strategic objectives implementation in the 24th institute.
