Strategic Analysis On Nanchang Economic & Technical Development Zone

In the past more than 20 years, the main average economic indexes of the Development Zone is more than 25% annually, which is the miracle of the extraordinary regional economic development, and significantly promote the social economic development, systematic innovation and the scientific & technical advance of the region. However, in the context of the continuous control on the national macro-economy, the development of cycle economy and the establishment of the economical society, and the economic globalization and the application of international laws and regulations after entry into WTO, the low-cost expansion and coarse economic development applied by the Development Zone in the previous years are no longer effective, how to change the development idea, figure out the development way and resurvey the development strategy, find out the competition advantages of the Development Zone by means of the scientific analysis are the urgent issues to be resolved.The thesis relatively fully analyzes the Development Zone strategically and points out the deficiencies and problems occurred during the development of the Development Zone based on the establishment background and present situation of the Development Zone and the study results of the national policies for the Development Zone in the different periods and the study outcomes of the theories, the thesis provides some thoughts and opinions through the systematic study on the strategic selection, strategic positioning, strategic planning and implementation of the strategy for the Development Zone, which provides beneficial reference for the preparation of the development strategy of the Development Zone in the future.
