The Study Of Strategy About Talent Development Based On Industries Development In Guangxi Baibuwan Economic Zone

Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, which consists of Naming, Beihai, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, ushered in the great historical opportunity of rapid development of industries and a series of major industries' layout after being admited to the national development strategy in January 2008. the talent development will play a more prominent role for it has a interacting relationship with the industrial development. Therefore, the present paper will mainly study the talent factors to find some available ways how to promote industry restructuring and upgrading, and how to promote regional industrial development, which is based on the industry.Firstly, this thesis reviews the theorial research results about the talent development. Then tries to explore the matching principle between industrial development and the talent development, and it analysises the interacting principle from industry structure and talent development, industrial technological structure and talent development, to highlight all types of talent development which matches with industrial development. Secondly, the paper explains the definition of the talent, talent development, industry structure, industry technical structure and other related concepts, then it analysises some basical theories,which are from human capital theories in Economics,motivation theories in management and current Marxism's talent opinions in China.According to this, after detailed analysis of the current state of talent development and the talent requirement from industrial development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the paper finds out not only the number of the talent, the talent supplying level, the talent structure,but also the introducting of talent development, educating and training can not match for the rapid development of industry and the industry's layout in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Finally, SWOT method has been used to research in-depth the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of talent development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, then tries to give some feasible suggestions to the industry talent development strategy and operating mechanics.
