In the 1980's, with the speeding up of economic globalization and technology advancement, the enterprises have not only broader markets and greater chances, but also heavier preasure. In order to satisfy the gradually diversified, high-grade and fast demand of customers,more and more enterprises adopt process reengineering to improve their flexibility, and so to survive in the stern competition.But the process business organization,the final object of BPR, are so different with former organizations, their members working in different way also, so how to evaluate their work fairly and effectively is our hard work.This thesis attempt to start with the actual problems existing in present performance appraisal models, thoroughly and systematicly analyze the theories of process business organisation, and then on the basis of theories of value chain management, put forward a new model of performance appraisal. This model evaluate members'work on the basis of their team's performance, and according to the theories of value chain, adopt the value correcting coefficient to stimulate the key processes and also the key members.The performance evaluation model is put forward on the basis of thoroughly and systematicly analyzing the theories of process business organisation, and so is corresponsible with the characteristics of the process business organization and the working style of their members; the combination of staff performance and their team performance improve the relation between them; with the use of the value correcting coefficient, this thesis apply the theories of value chain management to members'performance evaluation, to typify the strategic target directed by value creation and customers first; in the process of figuring out the distributing proportion of appraisal quotas and the evaluating ways, this thesis strengthen differently according to the characteristics of managers and workers. In additional to the theories research, the author also testify the model in some team in a steal corporation.
