With the development of global economic integration, The competition among enterprises has become very sharp and intense. Especially in the e-commerce environment, if interprises want to base themselves upon the changeable market environment and to develop, then they must continuously find new competitive advantages. The rapid development of e-commerce has an enormouse impact on the world commerce mode of operation. Compared with the traditional business, it has greatly increased trade opportunities, reduce costs, improve efficiency and enhance their competitiveness and resilience. It is a new means of getting competitive advantages and an important component of competitive advantage in international trade, and also the mian form of future international trade operation. Therefore, enterprises need a comprehensive planning and research when develop their e-commerce, so as to to ensure the continued development of themselves. Currently, more and more traditional enterprises, including a large number of SMEs(Small- and Mid-scale Enterprise) have realized that the implementation of e-commerce is necessary to development.In this paper, there's a brief review of the e-business development and the basic theory, and then take the steel company background research as a starting point, through analysis of the company's operating status inquiry, the implementation of e-commerce, points out the company's e-commerce Status and Problems after its initial application of e-commerce. After the analysis of the internal and external environment of its e-commerce development, synthesis utilization of core competitiveness analysis, the value chain analysis and use SWOT analysis model points out the problems the company is facing, its core competitiveness and correct evaluation of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses, clearly points out the company's strategic choice of its e-commerce development. Then conduct a comprehensive e-commerce development corresponding countermeasures for the company's e-commerce development. In the final analysis of the company's resources on the basis of the endowment, proposed set of company's e-commerce development programs.
