WN Mobile Subsidiary Company's Performance Evaluation Research Based On BSC

Nowadays, it is furious competition increasingly in telecom market; the status of performance evaluation appears more and more important in telecom enterprises. Effective performance evaluation can help enterprise improve corporate management, enhance comprehensive competitiveness. To manage the performance of the belonging company is an important instrument to ameliorate and improve the level of performance. As a large telecom company, WN Mobile Company faces economic contraction and worse market competition now. To WN Mobile Company how to improve the level of the performance through performance evaluation to subsidiary company is important.Based studying the performance evaluation in home and abroad, this paper firstly analyses the status and problem in the performance evaluation to subsidiary company of WN Mobile subsidiary company. Secondly ,find the problem such as the caliber of evaluation target is inconsistent, the evaluation target is numerous and diverse, the proportion is dispersible and so on, and explores the reasons which lead to the problem through management, indicate system etc. Then using Balanced Scorecard, Key performance indicates 360-egree evaluation, and so on ways to optimize the system of performance evaluation. This article keeps to the performance evaluation principles, combine the realities of WN mobile subsidiary company, design the performance evaluation indicator system of WN Mobile subsidiary company, and establish the flow of the performance evaluation. Finally explained the implementation of system of performance evaluation, mainly includes the organization of performance work, the feedback of performance result and the application of performance result. The research will give some help and will be of some guidance to the performance evaluation of WN mobile subsidiary company.
