The so-called "PA (performance appraisal)" is a series of scientific procedures, ways and methods to measure or evaluate the individual performance. It is a key foundation of the modern human resources development and management, which has extremely vital significance to enhance the level of management for organization and improve enterprise core competitive power.The article mainly studies the core of the human resources management-Performance Appraisal which is based on the design of PA system for LZ Corporation. The new method which applies in design of PA system is taken through some theories from other countries. It is hoped to provide a valuable reference for human resources management and for further studying on more new methods.Five Principles of PA system are concluded by studying on related theories, such as "The Demand Level Theory", "The Double Factor Theory" and "The Motive Expectation Theory". Problems which exist in the LZ Corporation performance appraisal system are more perfectly analyzed through Five Principle combining with "Questionnaire survey method" and "Key interview method". Finally, PA system on LZ Corporation's strategic goal is designed by applying the theories of MBO(management by objectives), BSC(balanced score card) and 360-degree Performance appraisal.The systematic question which exists in the performance appraisal system are basically solved, simultaneously, the idea of "PDCA Circle" is inducted into it, as a result of ensuring continual improving of the performance appraisal system.
