Designing a systemic marketing strategy is very important and urgent for every corporation if they want to gain long-term exist and continuance development in the fury competitive edge and complex market .However, as a famous enterprise in Chinese transmit electricity tower industry, Weifang Chang'an Tieta Co., Ltd hasn't had a systematic marketing strategy yet. The aim of this dissertation is to draw up the corporate marketing strategy on the base of its internal and external environment analysis so as to improve the efficiency of market management decision-making. This thesis will be of realistic significance for the long-term market development of the company and also be of reference values for other corporations of Chinese transmit electricity tower industry in terms of strategic analysis and design.By the way of combining theory with practice, along the train of thought of raising, analyzing, studying and solving the problems, this dissertation first focused on the problems in the corporation's marketing strategic management and made a lot of detailed researches. And then, based on the analysis of the corporation's macro-environment as well as the business environment of transmit electricity tower industry and with SWOT method put forward a development strategy for the corporation. Divided the implementation of the strategy into five steps and pointed out main tasks for every step. The writer put forward the total measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. In the end, the thesis expounds the enforceable measuresof 2007-2010 marketing period.
