With the prevalence of the knowledge economy, the knowledge level of a direct impact on the development of a modern economy is good or bad, fast and slow, knowledge will gradually replace the traditional elements of the various factors of production such as land, capital, resources, and become production business process and one of the most important elements of the production process, have more with less knowledge and knowledge is unique and so is the situation will determine the prospects for the development of enterprises, and therefore, more and more attention to the management of enterprise knowledge. Thus, knowledge management as the most important aspect - knowledge sharing will become a hot research. Current research on employee knowledge sharing, mainly from a static perspective, and subjects are mostly traditional enterprises, and research from the perspective of a relatively dynamic high-tech enterprise staff does not have much knowledge sharing. Compared with traditional business, high-tech enterprise employees have a lot of features, while employee knowledge sharing is a dynamic process, based on this consideration, this paper from the perspective of evolutionary game of high-tech knowledge-sharing behavior of employees to study.First, the characteristics of high-tech enterprises in the knowledge-based employees, and by combing the basis of the literature and the theory of knowledge sharing on the proposed eight related assumptions, and then build a high-tech enterprise knowledge sharing evolutionary game model. Dynamic equation and matrix analysis of knowledge sharing behavior of employees in four different parameter combinations condition of dynamic evolution path through replicators. The results showed that after a long period of repeated games, eventually there will be two stable strategies that (sharing, shared), (not shared, not shared).Secondly, through the high-tech enterprise knowledge sharing evolutionary game model of the critical point analysis and combining the corresponding phase diagram drawn: the amount of tacit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge absorption and transformation coefficient, coordination coefficient, motivation factor, the punishment factor conducive to the promotion of knowledge sharing behavior occurs, and shared costs will hinder knowledge sharing behavior occurs.Finally, on the fourth chapter analyzes the impact of high-tech employees each variable targeted from the promotion of exchanges, increase the amount of tacit knowledge sharing, increase learning and training, to enhance the ability of Tacit Knowledge Transformation, enhance degree of coordination, establish reasonable incentive mechanism, the establishment of strict punishment and prevention mechanism proposed five aspects are conducive to enhancing employee knowledge sharing measures.
