Project Management's Application In The Management Of Enterprise Patent Strategy

Currently, enterprise patent strategy is springing up in field of Intellectual Property. Enterprise can promote its ability of innovation with efficient patent strategy. It is significant to improve our scientist and economic competition, implement native Intellectual Property strategy that wielding the key technology of independent Intellectual Property, enhancing the quality and quantity of native patent promptly. Aimed at the situation that enterprise patent strategy management is lack of maneuverability. This thesis does research on means of enterprise patent stratagem strategy management so that native patent strategy can progress well-ordered and efficiently with the means of project management to promote the science, consecution and efficiency of enterprise patent strategy and provide a useful method for patent strategy manager.This paper not only brings the theory and method of project management into enterprise patent strategy management with transplantation, but also refers to many other theories, such as process management, Intellectual Property, etc. At first, enterprise patent strategy management is divided into three parts: programming, implement and control through analyzing the foundation of project management and enterprise process management. Then the characteristics of these three parts are presented. Finally the paper establishes the enterprise patent strategy management programming flow, gives the situation, structure and management mode of enterprise patent strategy programming management and chooses the project communication management as the control manner of enterprise patent strategy based on project management theory.In this paper, it is a innovation that the problems of enterprise patent strategy are analyzing with the theory of management theory from Intellectual Property , which means the techniques of management is transplanted and bring into the field of Intellectual Property research, a new orientation is provided to enterprise patent strategy research.
