| With the rapid development of the global wind power industry,the domestic wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years and the competition among new energy enterprises has becoming fiercer.The enterprises has developed rapidly so as to have more share of the market,which inevitably bring more work pressure and low sense of self-efficacy to the employees.The job burnout of employees affect work efficiency and restrict the development of the enterprises.It is of great significance for enterprises to study the situation of employees’ Job Burnout and put forward intervention countermeasures to prevent and alleviate employees’ job burnout.On the basis of expounding the relevant theories of job burnout at home and abroad,this thesis,taking the employees of ZC company as the research object,makes an in-depth study on the situation of job burnout of enterprise employees through investigation,interview,statistical analysis and other methods,investigates and measures job burnout from the following three dimensions: emotional exhaustion,de personalization and low personal achievement,describes the current situation of job burnout of employees in ZC company,and provides intervening measures to reduce the job burnout of employees from the three levels of society.In this thesis,it is at the upper middle level of the overall job burnout of employees in ZC company.Among the three factors,the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions are more prominent,and the low personal sense of achievement is relatively light.The research based on the analysis of demographic variables shows that the dimension of low personal achievement has significant differences under the variables of age,working years and job position,and the depersonalization dimension has significant differences under the variables of working years and job position.Among the causes of job burnout of employees in ZC company,the main ones based on personal factors are personality characteristics,career development concept and job expectation;Post promotion,assessment mechanism,corporate culture and other organizational factors have more influence;And among the social factors,social competition,employment pressure and social environment have deep impact on employees’ job burnout.In view of these factors,this thesis puts forward that it should be improved from the aspects of employees’ self-regulation,improving organization and management,and optimizing social environment to decrease the job burnout of employees,so as to fully mobilize employees’ enthusiasm,improve production efficiency and promote the healthy development of enterprises. |
