Under the Chinese characteristics background of "people-oriented" and the era development background of talent competition,employees have become a very important concern and resource of enterprises.The complexity of people also makes employees a double-edged sword for enterprises.Whether employees have good working conditions will directly affect the realization of organizational goals and the normal operation of the enterprise.The emotional state of employees is one of the key issues in recent years.Employees experiencing emotional exhaustion cannot use their emotional resources to deal with problems at work,which is largely due to the influence of individual factors.At the same time,as individuals pay more attention to their own appearance and body shape,the impact of individual feeling on the body is no longer limited to the discussion in the physiological field,but should pay more attention to its changes to individual psychology and social life.Body dissatisfaction means the adverse factors caused by the setbacks in the body.This negative factor may directly consume the individual’s good emotional resources,and may also have varying degrees of impact on psychology and emotion through internalization.In addition,different levels of servant leadership will give individuals different work and growth environments,which will affect the internalization process of individual on body dissatisfaction.Based on frustration theory,this study explores the relationship between body dissatisfaction and emotional exhaustion,as well as the role of self-efficacy and servant leadership.The 369 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS,Amos and other software to verify the relationship between body dissatisfaction,self-efficacy,servant leadership and emotional exhaustion.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)employees’ body dissatisfaction will directly and positively affect their level of emotional exhaustion.At the same time,self-efficacy will also play a mediating role,that is,the increase of employees’ body dissatisfaction will aggravate their emotional exhaustion by reducing their level of self-efficacy;(2)The servant leadership perceived by employees in the workplace moderates the impact of body dissatisfaction on self-efficacy,that is,when the servant leadership is at a high level,the negative impact of employees’ body dissatisfaction on self-efficacy is enhanced,and when the servant leadership is at a low level,the negative impact of employees’ body dissatisfaction on self-efficacy will be weakened;(3)The servant leadership perceived by employees in the workplace partially moderates the impact of self-efficacy on emotional exhaustion,that is,when servant leadership is at low level,the negative impact of employee’ self-efficacy on emotional exhaustion is enhanced.According to the research conclusion,This study puts forward corresponding enterprise practice suggestions:(1)pay attention to employees’ feelings due to their own body;(2)take measures to alleviate employees’ emotional exhaustion;(3)pay attention to the role of employees’ self-efficacy in alleviating emotional exhaustion;(4)be more cautious in the selection and use of servant leadership,and pay attention to coordination.
