HuBei ShuangHuan Group Co.Ltd is the biggest base of chemical material products in HuBei province,in history,it had a lot of proud achievements.Facing fierce market competition , the company has encountered many difficulties in its operation and development, due to the huge debt caused by enterprise recombination and some other reasons , the company has encountered many difficulties in its operation and development.Under the new situation of reformation,how to utilize its strength and seize the opportunity to develop itself is becoming the best important problem to be solved for ShuangHuan Group Co.Ltd.Under the guidance of modern strategy management concept and theoretical fruit,and using the general methodology of enterprise strategy study,this paper makes a systematic and integral analysis to both external environments and internal conditions concerning ShuangHuan's long-term development and identifies not only the opportunities and threats which it will face in the competitive-natured environment,but also its strengths and weaknesses,then puts forward the developing strategy for future five years or even longer of ShuangHuan Group Co.Ltd : Depending on the resource of salt, and set up an electropositive-chem industry chain and form a correlative diversity development pattern in ShuangHuan Group.So its traditional products such as Soda, Ammonium Chloride, Salt should be developed firstly, and then, electropositive products and ramifications should be exploited actively.In the end of"Eleven-Five Plan"period, they will make ShuangHuan Group into a very magnetic and competitive producing base of chemical junior material in nation and Asia-Pacific district. based on these,this article explores the main measures for the implementation of this strategy.In this paper,the author strives to expound through integration of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis with demonstrating analysis,dynamic analysis with static analysis,and uses some techniques such as PEST model,PORTER model,EFE matrix,IFE matrix and SWOT matrix to analyze and foresee the company's future,expecting that the proposed strategic plan is both clear-aimed and maneuverability to offer useful assistance to reignite the prosperity of ShuangHuan.
