Research On Supervision Investment Control In The Period Of Implementation For Construction Project

Construction engineering investment control is one of the three control targets in supervision. Investment in construction project is very large. It is closely related to the state, industrial and regional economy, which will greatly affect the future and people's life of a country. In china, it is of significance to make good use of construction capital properly to avoid the poor construction of buildings which could not meet the basic requirements, eliminate the foam in real estate, improve regional economy pattern & optimal capital allocation, to enhance national economy's healthy and orderly development. This thesis finds that it is an important research to study the way of investment control at the stage of implementation of the project.This thesis introduces the general situation of investment control at home and abroad, and the current situation of technological application of investment control. It demonstrates the significance of applying investment control in project implementation. It also analyzes the difficulties and problems in project investment control. Value engineering, hierarchy analysis, network program optimizing, deviation analysis have been applied in research of construction of an office building in China Southern Airlines to study the approaches and procedures of investment control in the process of the construction. Firstly, value engineering approach is applied to change quota design to overcome its deficiency at the design stage. Then, hierarchy analysis is applied to compare different designs and study the AHP model in this comprehensive assessment. After that, analysis and control are made on quality of cost in the construction of the project. At the same time, net plan is also applied to optimize the phase project expenses. Finally, it analyzes the problems of investment control in aspects of mechanism and system, as well as puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve the investment control while implementation of the project to establish effective investment control mechanism and perfect corresponding system.Since few investment control has been made systematically and scientifically in project implementation in China at present, this research is vital in practical study of investment control.
