In the 21st century, the enterprise's competition is between supply chain and supply chain. With the product's lifecycle shorten, instant customization and thinking more of the customer's requirement become the object and role of supply chain progress. Therefore, the focus of supply chain is from profit to increment and win-win with customer. When the enterprise provides logistics service, the process would be restricted by many logistics capabilities. Therefore, the stratagem of enhancing supply chain logistics capability and main competition is more and more important.First of all, the article classified the logistics capability to internal and external logistics capability, and presented their definition. Based on above studies, it established the framework for the internal and external logistics capability in distribution logistics system, then presented their management and evaluation method.In order to help firms engaging in supply chain operations realize and manage the customer-oriented logistics capability, the elements constituting supply chain logistics service capability are proposed with an evaluation method. First of all, in terms of different service object and evaluation angle, the logistics capability of supply chain is divided into external capability and internal capability. A brief analysis is given to make sure the logistics service capability is customer-oriented external capability. And then according to the different characters of the elements, an elements system is established for supply chain logistics service capability, on which a further analysis of the main characters of logistics service capability is based. Finally, a fundamental evaluation method on customer-oriented supply chain logistics service capability is proposed by adopting fuzzy set method, as well as using the positive correlation relationship between the logistics service capability and customer satisfaction.At last, it explained the bottleneck management of internal distribution logistics capability, analyzed the characteristics of capability's bottleneck. It also provided some methods of identifying bottleneck, including some currently methods and TP method based on TOC theory. Then, it presented the applicability and shortcoming of each method. In order to solve the problem of logistics capability's bottleneck, it proposed three methods to decreasing the influence caused by the distribution internal logistics capability's bottleneck. |
