At present, our country cigarette logistics implement intensive management, From the warehouse, purchasing, order, sorting, distribution and management are centralized, this management mode exposed problems mainly include: a)The extensive problem of warehouse management; b)Cigarette sorting problem; c)The high cost of cigarette distribution problems. Cigarette logistics is the core of the whole tobacco logistics supply chain, and the cigarette distribution center is an important node of cigarettes on logistics, the logistics development is a process of continuous improvement and constantly improve, Should be around "lean logistics, scientific and technological logistics, green logistics, humanism logistics" construction requirements, continuously improve and extend the logistics capability, unified operation standard, optimizing business process, define the control node, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of logistics operation.Therefore, study on cigarette logistics capability to improve efficiency of logistics distribution center, warehousing management, sorting and so on all is very necessary.The research of this paper is on the collection and analysis at home and abroad on the basis of literature review, analysis of cigarette distribution center logistics capability factors,selection evaluation index of representative, trying to build a set of index system of objective and accord with the characteristics of cigarette distribution center. Using BP neural network to build the evaluation model of cigarette distribution center logistics capability, This paper includes seven chapters, the specific research contents include three parts: a) The cigarette logistics distribution center as the background analysis ability; b) The choice of logistics capability evaluation method; c) The cigarette distribution center in the city of C as empirical research object.In this paper, the final research conclusion mainly include the following: a) Combining the reality of the cigarette distribution center logistics characteristic and the operation process, proved that the BP neural network model used in cigarette logistics capability evaluation has certain advantages. b)By reference to domestic and international distribution center logistics capability evaluation index system of the existing research results, on the basis of the summary, build the "two grade six class" index system of the cigarette distribution center of logistics capability. c) BP neural network model through sample training and evaluation, to achieve a high precision, the evaluation results more in line with the actual, has certain practical significance. d) Using the trained BP neural network to C city cigarette distribution center logistics capability evaluation, it is concluded that C, corresponding to the level of logistics capability, combined with the actual research, verified the accuracy of the results.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to apply theory to practice, to solve practical problems.
