Since the 1940's, medicinal workers and social science staff in the US, Sweden and other Western nations, have systematically studied the dependent relations between the accidents which occur in the routine work and life of people and their physiology and psychology by using the modern scientific method, which founded the genuine "job stress research" in the sense of modern science. Along with the social development and the rapid progress in science and technology, the work rhythm speeds up day by day, the job stress issue is arousing the extensive concern of all sections of society. In the business enterprise, because of the excessive job stress, the melancholia, social intercourse apathetic disease, even "death from overwork" appear unceasingly in the white collar worker, in the meantime, work results fall greatly, the enterprise work compensation dispute increases, such is the case everywhere.In recent years, the professional female's work realm extends gradually, and they unceasingly enter many of the formerly male dominated jobs, the third industry is becoming the main outlet which absorbs the female labor force to work, more and more females enter the high-tech professions such as computer, correspondence, finance, insurance etc., and become an important force in the development of these professions, including the field of management in middle and high level, these are the social progresses. But in the meantime, along with the gradual disappearance of traditional occupation road, the new challenge follows on their heels; the sense of job security has already become illusory now. To female employees who make up about half the labor force, this kind of feeling especially is intense, they also face the unprecedented stress. Looking from the realistic situation, the female employee's job stress seldom gets more concern by special angle of view. Therefore, how to alleviate the excessive job stress of female employee, how to maintain their stable work achievements, how to improve their work-life quality, how to raise the organization effect, which is a question that the enterprise managers specially needs to take into account, and becomes an important aspect of the human resources management.Taking this as a starting point, this research analyzes the job stress condition of female employee through interview inquisition, elaborates respectively from each stage of the female career the female employee's stress performance, characteristics and special stressor, as well as the influence and consequence arise therefrom. On this foundation, from the angle of human resource management, the research further introduces two stress management latitudes—the self-control and the society support, forming a stress management model which is made up of organization level, social level, personal level, and also put forward related suggestion and countermeasure about stress management, expecting that can provide help and support to human resource in the business enterprise. For this article structure, the first part works is the literature review of the female employee's job stress study, the second part specifically studies the female employee's job stress in stages, the third is to discuss the female employee's stress management, and the fourth part is to establish the theory relation by case study.This research has conducted an exploratory study on female employee's job stress from the angle of human resource management, different from the angle of view of psychology and sociology etc. As a result of limited time, manpower and physical resource, the research still lacks a great deal of substantial evidence research, which causes its insufficiency in depth and breadth in certain aspect.
