Strengthening the work of "three agricultures" problem, developping the modern agriculture actively, firm pushing forward socialism new village construction, is the inevitable request which carries out a scientific development view and sets up socialism diapason society, is also the important mission of accelerating the building of socialist new countryside . Developing the modern agriculture is the initial mission of the socialism new village constucts, is also the inevitable request of commanding the village work by scientific development view.The "three agricultures"s problem is related to the overall situation of building a well-off society, which must always be the most important task of the party and the government.Next, discussed the what the government need to do to increase the farmers income.
