For any project,risk is likely to bring disaster as profit,which the key point is how to treat risk and manage it efficiently.Having worked in engineering construction and management for many years,I've come to realize the importance of risk management on the project.Only if risk management is carried out to restrain the loss to the lowest,will the project be got under way with great success.Risk management is series of processes of identifying,determining, measuring risk and establishing programs to deal with it,also the process of loss identifying,evaluating,preventing and controlling due to uncertainty.The aim of project risk management is to lessen extent of harm, and as a result,the quality,the progress and the expenditure of the project will be managed efficiently.Risk management has an initiative and dynamic control on the aim of the project,so the risk of project will be controlled efficiently by means of risk identifying and controlling.In this paper,the potential factors of risk are recognized and classified in lot B of Balinghe Bridge by means of risk identifying with the principles of risk management,which combines the theory of risk management with the project organization and technological management.And corresponding countermeasure are drawn up herewith.With the progress of the project,this essay will have some positive effect on the project risk management and take a reference for the similar projects in the future.Efficient risk management ensures the result of the project keeping in line with the plan and the project to be taken well under way.
