Then designs the evaluation indexes of urban energy ecological supply in concern on 3 levels, energy structure optimization level, and energy consume reducing level, energy recycling level, and the product by energy level. At last, constructs evaluation index system of urban energy ecological supply. Next, constructs the judgment matrix by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and computes the specific value of each index. Thus, calculates the weight coefficient vector and validates the conformance. As long as the conformance test is passed, could move on to analyze the data in order to get the model of one city's urban energy ecological supply.
