The Research Of E-Business Model Based On Value-chain

Nowadays,enterprisers in all kinds industries have paid more and more attention on the research of business model. They consider that superior model could deeply improve the performance of business organization, and can help them constitute unique competitive advantage. Especially in E-business industry, the qualities of model determine company's survival. Effectual model can lead company realizing considerable profit and long-term grow. Yet, until now there has not systemic research method about business model.This thesis firstly revolves the theory of Timmers about commercial model, figures that model is a structure of company's value-chain, which can be analyzed from decomposing and restructuring. Decomposing statically reflects the composing of model's value, and the restructuring is enterprise's improving work which based on value-orienting, to balancing the changeable condition in- or out- side.E-business is a special model, which is built on informationlizing. Analyzing E-business model can also start from decomposing and restructuring. During the restructuring step, it is most important to focus on information. But, informationlize action does not always work; it also inherently brings negative factors. In sum, the actual value of E-business should reflect the balance of two sides, which can be seen as informationization effectiveness index. E-business model is the arrangement of commercial value-chain based on maximizes the informationization function. We can observe and study it from two latitudes: commercial character and specific operating model. Based on the two latitudes, we can found a systemic structure to analyze E-business model.
