In recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou have made tremendous contributions to economic development,and the momentum of development is getting better and better.However,due to the limitations of their own credit level and insufficient mortgage guarantee,a single small and medium-sized enterprise encounters larger financing problems,which restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a local financial institution serving small and medium-sized enterprises,G Agricultural and Commercial Bank has tailored a set of financing mode for small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou,which does not rely on the strength of individual small and medium-sized enterprises as the premise of credit granting,but on the basis of credit evaluation based on real trade background-Supply Chain Financial business mode is imperative.This paper takes G Agricultural and Commercial Bank's supply chain financial business model for small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou as the research object.Starting from the important position of small and medium-sized enterprises in economic development in Guizhou and the financing difficulties they encounter at present,and combining with the conditions that G Agricultural and Commercial Bank has for developing supply chain financial business,this paper studies the research background and research of supply chain finance.The significance and the development status at home and abroad are summarized and commented.Subsequently,this paper introduces the applicable theoretical basis,the meaning and characteristics of supply chain finance under the new economic environment,and the elements of supply chain.Then,it elaborates the development of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank in detail from the development status of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank,the existing problems of the current credit model and the conditions G Agricultural and Commercial Bank has for developing the supply chain financial business.The urgency and feasibility of supply chain finance business;Then,this paper explores the supply chain financial business model of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank by using the methods of model building and application analysis.It elaborates the construction of the supply chain financial business model of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank from three aspects: prepaid accounts,inventory and accounts receivable,evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the model,and evaluates the use channel of the model.The Tao is introduced.In the application of this model,this paper chooses the agricultural products industry which is more difficult to carry out the supply chain business model,and makes an analysis of how small and medium-sized enterprises in Guiyang Huaxi Dili Logistics Park,the largest wholesale market of agricultural products in Guizhou,use the supply chain financial business model of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank to solve their own financing problems.Specific practical guidance was given.After that,this paper analyses the possible risks in the operation of the model,and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention measures.At last,the paper summarizes the research of G Agricultural and Commercial Bank's supply chain financial business model.Firstly,the business adopts a new credit model and credit management model.Secondly,G Agricultural and Commercial Bank's supply chain financial business makes full use of scientific and technological means and payment tools.Finally,G Agricultural and Commercial Bank's supply chain financial business breaks through the restrictions of individual enterprises,based on the trade background,can better solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.
