The process of globalization goes ahead at full speed and it is unable to be reversed, each field of this world is involved into this process inevitability. At design field, internationalism design brought with globalization is to be a monopolize trend, and it is also restricting the development of China design while boosting local territory design developing. At same time, the consciousness of native design and dignity of native culture become more and more conspicuous, and localization design become to be hot spot focused by circles of design art educational. Now localization neither has strict definition because globalization has not unified ratification definition, at present , the systematic ness research to the localization and the tactics of localization realizing is relatively less, so that refraction to the field of commercial advertising design.The thesis focus in globalization visual angle, take the localization of Chinese commercial advertisement design as proposition, research on the basis of theory of globalization and localization. On the basis of research, the thesis trys to boundary the concepts of localization of Chinese commercial advertisement design. And the thesis propose the tactics of localization of Chinese commercial advertisement design contains tow aspects ,the one is admitting and fusing the excellent aspects of international design, the other is inheriting and innovating native traditional culture on the basis of admitting and fusing the excellent aspects of international design. And this point is innovative point.The thesis expect to provide a few theoretical references to the process of localization of Chinese commercial advertisement design, and to advance the development of localization of Chinese commercial advertisement design and localization of Visual Transmission Design.
