Strategic decisions are very crucial to companies' development. However, a successful strategic decision is not only relative to decision making, but also to the implementation of the decision. The studies about strategic decision before mostly were focused on decision making, but have ignored decision implementation.Based on studies about strategic decisions before, we used interview and questionnaire survey methods to study the implementing process of strategic decisions. We explored two stages of implementing process and four factors which influenced the implementation results. Specific results of this research were showed as follows:(1) Executor,organization's framework,and environment factors influenced the implementation results directly. Staff's consensus of strategy,staff's competence and leader's attitude toward strategy were three important dimensions in executor factor to influence implementing results. Organization process,culture and system,relationship and communication factors can directly influence the implementing results. Organization's marketing status,environmental complexity and environmental stabilization could directly influence the implementing results.(2) Implementing analysis,feedback and control were two important stages of implementing process. Implementing analysis results indirectly influenced implementing results through the intermediate role of feedback and control results.(3) Decision trait and organization's framework were two factors influenced implementing analysis results directly. Among the dimensions in these two factors, organization process,culture and system,relationship and communication,decision significance can directly influence the implementing analysis results. (4) Organization's framework and executor factor related to feedback and control results directly. All the dimensions in these two factors can predict the feedback and control results. That was organization process,culture and system,relationship and communication,staff's consensus of strategy,staff's competence and leader's attitude toward strategy could predict the feedback and control results directly.(5) The antecedents model of two stages of strategic decision implementing were well proved using SEM method.
